It's one of the best things I've bought for my baby. It's so helpful. The suction power is fine, sometimes it takes a little bit of repetition but you are safe in the knowledge that the suction won't hurt the baby and the product does do a good job and serves it's purpose. You will need a tiny bottle brush to get into the small parts and clean it properly.
