Disappointing Purchase of Defective AC Compressors from Scitoo
I recently purchased two AC compressors for my Toyota Camry from the Scitoo brand, and unfortunately, both products were defective, leading to a frustrating experience. The first compressor I received was installed promptly, but it failed to produce cool air. After confirming with a professional mechanic that the installation was correct and that the rest of the AC system was functioning properly, it was clear that the compressor itself was faulty. Hoping the first issue was just a one-time problem, I ordered a second compressor from Scitoo. However, upon arrival, the second compressor was missing a crucial component—the clutch. This rendered the compressor useless right out of the box. These issues have caused significant inconvenience and additional costs for uninstalling the defective unit and the prospect of returning both compressors. I am now facing further delays in repairing my vehicle’s AC system, especially during a hot season when it's most needed. While Scitoo's prices are competitive, the quality and reliability of the products have been severely lacking in this instance. I am currently in the process of returning both compressors and hope to receive a full refund promptly. Overall, my experience with Scitoo has been disappointing, and I would advise potential buyers to proceed with caution or consider other brands that might offer more dependable products. The one star was only given because it was required!!!!!!

Compressor was a direct fit for my RAV4 but the electrical connection wasn’t Wish they sent a plug that would fit. Other than that it cools like a brand new RAV
