The ergonomic grip feels natural and takes a lot of strain off my wrists, which used to be a problem with regular floor push-ups. They’re sturdy and don’t slip, even on smoother surfaces, and the extra range of motion really helps engage the chest more. Lightweight enough to move around, but solid during use. If you’re looking to improve your push-up game, these are a simple and effective upgrade.

These are a solid option for doing push ups and help to ease the pressure on the wrists vs using a plams on the floor hand position. These are easy to put together and are convenient for traveling as the bases on each handle can be easily removed. The rubber ends on the bottoms can come off while in use if the handles are kept in more of a horizontal vs vertical position on the floor so just be cautious there. The lettering on the handles also comes off easily but that's not a big deal. the foam is decent quality for the price also. Overall I'd give these a recommendation especially for a first set of push up handles or ones that are inexpensive for travel.
