This has become a staple and I hope they will keep the same formulation for a reasonable purchase price.

I bought this because I heard these 3 combined are an excellent sleep aid. I was excited to try. I hoped for better sleep. While these really didn't live up to the hype there are some things noticed. Being old has it's drawbacks one is muscles being over worked more easily. For the last 2 years my tendons have been killing me and muscles locking up all over. The 1st night taking these I had amazing results with those issues. The sleep was a bit more soundly but not as much as I had hoped for. The other thing these capsules taste horrible! Like burnt plastic practically. I can get over that. I'm hoping after a few more nights of these sleep will improve even more. At least these calmed my tendons and muscles. So that's something!

Haven't noticed a change in my sleep pattern (always been a bit of an insomniac) but have noticed a difference in the brain fog area, especially at work. I still hit my natural low point of the day, but even that's not as bad as it used to be.

It's alright. Haven't noticed a difference, but it's too early to tell. Will update.

Everyone should be taking magnesium no matter what it's for, there's no weird chemicals, I feel really good and I'll be purchasing again. 10/10 would recommend.

Two days after starting this product I developed heart palpitations and flutters. After seeing my pcp and a cardiologist I was informed by both that this was too much magnesium for daily consumption. I stopped it immediately and my heart returned to normal! Do not buy!
