Great Oven
Great oven at a really reasonable price. Waited a few weeks and so far it works great. Had a minor issue with my delivery, but can happily say the communication from the seller was great and everything was swiftly resolved to my satisfaction.

Sounds a bit like a spaceship!
We’ve looked ages for a good double oven, where the bottom oven was larger than the top. It’s a great oven and looks fantastic.

Defective Glass
Our oven was delivered very quickly and was installed yesterday. We followed the operating instructions precisely. 6 hours later after using the oven to make a meal, the internal glass in the top oven completely shattered..!The glass was relaced by the supplier, eventually.Six months later the oven stopped heating up properly and everything was taking ages to cook. An engineer was sent out but only after my credit card details were given for a £75 holding fee. A new part was fitted and the oven was fine again.VERY bad grill design. I've never heard of having to close a grill door whilst cooking before and no grill handle supplied.Five months on from the repair & the oven has once again stopped heating up and cooking properly. Another £75 holding fee on my credit card & awaiting an engineer later today.I'm having a new kitchen in a few months & this oven will be going to the tip..!

Good looking piece of equipment
Good looking piece of equipment, controls get too hot when using grill function, instructions say to keep grill closed when using it, this is at odds with the use of a grill and seems to me to be poorly designed. No grill pan handle.... how can the manufacturer consider this as not necessary? I accept that this is not the most expensive cooker but a handle for the grill is absolutely necessary and no one should need to buy one separately.Overall a reasonable cooker for the money, please consider supplying a handle for the grill!!
