Initially, the vacuum cleaner demonstrated exceptional performance, effectively cleaning and meeting our expectations. However, in recent weeks, specifically the past two weeks, we have encountered a persistent issue with the battery's ability to retain a charge. Despite the indicator showing a full charge at 100%, the vacuum ceases to function after a few minutes of use. It is important to note that our usage has been limited to the basic operations, primarily utilizing the primary button for powering the device on and off, without engaging any advanced features. Despite adhering strictly to the manufacturer's charging guidelines, we continue to face challenges in maintaining the vacuum's operational efficiency.

I bought this initially to replace the hold on I had. The only thing I would love is for the battery to last longer than it already does however I can still vacuum up my entire home without having to charge it mid way through (1800 sqare foot home). That's just being picky. Otherwise great vacuum especially with the attachments. Definitally great for hair pickup too. My old one I tried in comparison and there was so much on the floor that my old one didn't touch that this one did. Overall, I am very happy with it.

This lightweight , cordless vacuum cleaner has been a life saver! It’s able to get into the corners and underneath chairs and beds with ease. I haven’t had a vacuum cleaner that is this flexible in years.

I have had it three months and it is completely unusable. The motor was quiet at first, but now it sounds like we are in an airplane hanger in spite of taking it apart to find a problem/clean it. While it was working, I had to keep it on high suction in order to pick up enough stuff. I have kids and a medium hair dog, but most of what it was picking up was dust/hair as we swept almost daily. I had to stop 2-3 times each time we swept to clear out clogs in three different sections. The internal tubes are just too small.Positive: it was easy for my kids to use, light enough for them to maneuver. Good thing it has a turbo mode, or not much would be picked up. Was decent on hard surfaces, but would not pick up hair off our one low pile rug.

Not for big spaces/all day cleaning- doesn’t last very long. Suction is just ok.

This is a great product, powerful and easy to use. However, the battery goes quick that’s the reason for the 4 star rating. I do wish it came with a removable piece that I could use for my sofa. Overall I’m satisfied with the quality and value.

This same brand with the same specs is sold under a different header, but looks like the exact same thing. I just logged in to leave a review after it failed and Amazon says the item is no longer available, but you can buy this one instead. It is exactly the same.The vacuum is weak, but I didn't want it for a whole house replacement to a "real" vacuum. I just wanted for light non-carpet jobs as we have a lot of pet hair. Although our dog has short hair, he has a lot of it and it seems to float around until it finds a good landing spot. When I tried to use the vacuum to keep it under control, it would clog at the intake. The hair would rarely even make it to the canister. I had to stop and take all of the extensions and attachments off and dig out the hair. It wasn't like it was tangly and long, but it just wouldn't go up the tube.Also, the parts were difficult to separate and I noticed the last time I cleaned it out that the seal to the canister was broken and maybe that was the reason that the suction got worse over time, but two months? There are 1000s of models of this vacuum on Amazon. I would suggest going with another. If you do buy it, get the Asurion with it so you can get it replaced.
