The seeds germinated and the plants produced bell peppers. Scam, do not buy.

Low germination rate
Seeded these in a 40 cell tray with 7 other varieties. Putting 2 seeds in each cell. Only got 3 seeds germinate. The rest of the tray got 85% germination with other seeds purchased from another vendor
