Not for the faint of heart literally. Anybody who doesn't have a good tolerance for stimulants should start with half scoop or less and then increase from there. Give it a break after a month or two of use. Or take it only on the leg days or tough training days. Never disappoints. The OG Classic Psychotic.

I have been drinking Insane Labz since they made their debut out at Olympia. Most of their items have great flavor. This one was alright for the first few scoops. Now, it's a little hard to get down. It gives me a great push and the occasional tingles. It mixes well, a few hard shakes in colder water and there is no dust in the bottom.

Be ready to get a good long work out and. I notice it keeps you nice and positive during the day. Please make sure you drink it in the morning if not you will not be able to sleep
