Adhesive Required!
Although the product description states "Clips tightly into seams of the dashboard, no holes or damage to your dashboard", the dash mount comes with pre-applied adhesive tape that the instructions describe using during installation. I do not see any information in the product description, or installation literature included with the mount, about the tape: if the mount can be used without the tape, if the tape can be removed without damaging the vehicle, how to properly remove the tape, etc. As such, I can't fairly rate the mount because I chose not to install it. And I am not comfortable installing it unless I'm confident I can do so without damaging the vehicle, and still receive a refund, should I decide to uninstall and return it.
