Helps Chest Infections
Oregano Essential Oil is effective at decreasing Upper Respiratory Infections as I 've seen it work in two family members and it was mentioned on YouTube.....but beware it very strong scented....one instruction said 2 drops in few ounces of water and swallow quickly.
