Tried it out a couple of times and it mopped really well! The extra piece of mop is nice that way you have 2 sets. It had a couple of settings and the “edge” setting was so useful as it mopped the edges of the house. It can get stuck if you have intricate furniture which then causes it to miss some spots, but after a while, it will clean up those missed spots as well. Battery wise, it lasted a long time. It mopped for about 3 hrs and it used up about less than half the battery. For the price, this is a good investment.

Okay, I am a seasoned owner of about 10 vacuum robots and I have owned several of them with a dual mopping ability. When I originally saw this guy I thought it was brilliant so I bought it. MISTAKE. I read many many reviews and I thought it might be worth it, I was wrong and I will tell you why. First of all it requires so much maintenance because it constantly stops and beeps, it only worked for about 2 to 3 days before it wouldn't even do anything besides beep. The cleaning job was decent, HOWEVER, YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THE MOP PADS CONSTANTLY AND RINSE THEM OUT. I was up and down up and down up and down refilling the water and cleaning the pads so that they didn't leave round dirt scrub spots everywhere. I have a very small home, VERY SMALL. This thing was so expensive I thought that it was going to be worth it, when I tried to get product support when it stopped working after 3 days there was no option for any of that it took me a month to get a refund. If you look at the price, waiting a month for a refund when you need a mopping solution is ridiculous. I was very disappointed and after many phone calls and about 15 chat sessions I finally received a refund. I bought the Bissell Spin Wave, I should have bought that not only was it over $100 cheaper the little thing cleans my floor 100 million times better than this expensive WASTE. I am irritated at Amazon however I'm more irritated that I received a product that was so poorly made that it didn't work for even one week. I am disappointed with it's cleaning ability, required maintenance, and product support, which is non-existent. If you're really looking for one that actually works the Bissell really does a great job and I couldn't believe that it was so much cheaper to be honest, so much easier to set and go, and I feel way more confident in the brand Bissell being that that is their specialty. I hope you find a great robot mop, I would save your money, they have a Samsung that looks almost identical to this that is the same price and sometimes cheaper however I did not try that one, it was too similar to this failed one that I decided to take a Gamble on the spin mop by Bissell.

For reference, I splurged on the S8 Ultra and I find myself conflicted.This is a small and lightweight robot mop that does exactly one thing, and does it just barely acceptably.What I mean is that the space between the spinning mops leaves empty streaks on the floor, it often dies while hidden, has no dirty water tank, and I have to remove and clean the pads every time. The cleaning itself is average, at best.But because it's so small and quiet, I feel like I can accept these flaws on balance.The quiet operation is unbelievable until experienced. The best analogy is the single use Swiffer wet pads. It's inconvenient and not very effective, but it's quiet, reaches tight spots, and can be done at any time.The soft discs protrude about 20mm (about 3/4-inch) from each side so the edge cleaning actually reaches part of the baseboards. This is genuinely satisfying to watch.It's not intelligent, does no mapping, and doesn't need an app to operate. I consider these as plusses. Despite this, it's nearly as good at obstacle avoidance as any of the pricey mop robots I've had in the past.This will not replace any of the suuuuper pricey machines that are noisy, powerful, and intelligent. And you'll certainly want to clean with a mop or Crosswave every so often.But if you're looking for something you can run casually and daily, this is it.Given the mixed reviews, you'd better hurry and get one while you can.

This little robot mop is a lifesaver! With it, I don't have to constantly be mopping up all the small messes that end up around the house because it's constantly just keeping things tidy. It's really good about navigating around my crowded house too. I love it! Plus the battery life keeps it going for a while before having to be charged again
