So easy to use. Even with a weak grip and shaking the design makes it safe. Love the way it will not pour too quick even when tipped as far as it will go. So much safer than the last kettle tipper I tried. Love it!

Fantastic kettle for my dad who has limited mobility and was having trouble lifting his old one. It is so user-friendly. He fills it by using a plastic water bottle. It is very stable which is really important.

The kettle worked fine for some months. One day I found that on using it it tripped the fuse box. There was nothing obvious as to why it did this. I tried it more than one, but each time it tripped the fuse box. Please can I have a replacement?

Brought for elderly dad who can manage a conventional kettle.. does the job and safe as well

This item was in my experience a complete waste of money. It failed to work at all. Really frustrating as it broke literally the day after the warranty expired. I bought this for my elderly mother because she has severe Arthritis and struggles to lift a full kettle. I was very annoyed at the inconvenience of then having to return the item for a refund, which thankfully I received in full after contacting and advising Amazon of this issue.
