Our dogs love this stuff! I love the effectiveness of the product and that it is from a farm in the USA! Their products are great. We add this to our dogs homemade food for their health. They have never turned their nose up to it!

This is a great great supplement for my doggos. It must taste great too, because my normally picky GSP literally licks her lips when she sees me grab this. It has helped regulate both of dogs BMs, and keeps them firm!

This pumpkin powder additive to dog food helps aid in digestion and firms up their stool. We’ve been using some form of pumpkin powder for years to help our dogs naturally express their glands when they go to the bathroom and it’s worked great. This particular brand has one feature about it that is at once a positive and a negative. The super fine nature of the powder is a positive because it turns into a thick pumpkin paste rather quickly and my dogs love it! I could also fault the powder for its super fine nature as it creates a sort of powdered “smoke” in the air when you scoop or dump it. If you’ve ever had a spill of powdered creamer you’ll have an idea of what I’m talking about, even though this powder is even more fine than powdered creamer. All in all, it’s not a huge issue. I think the fact that it makes a fine paste outweighs the cloudy nature of the powder. My dogs love it added on their food and I love that it helps firm up their stool naturally. One tip I’ll give you is that for some reason these pumpkin powder products are always coming up “product not available”. If you buy this product or if this particular brand isn’t the one you’ll stick with, when you do find the product you’ll stick with, order ahead. Absolutely love this product. If you’re looking for a healthy supplement to add as a topper for your dog’s food, whether you do raw, cooked, hybrid, or kibble, look no further. The pumpkin formulation is so much easier than stocking up on hundreds of cans of expensive pumpkin purée, and mixes in as a tasty, healthy, cost effective alternative. Helps to keep my older dog regular and she is excited about meal time. I use the kelp supplement for my working Doberman, giving him some extra nutrients to stay athletic, powerful, and focused. Our red heeler (Blitz) had soft stools for weeks and even with food elimination his stool remained the same. With in 3 days Blitzer's digestion and stool improved, plus our blue heeler, Roxie, loves it as a topper on her food. This is our first time trying out a powdered version of pumpkin and I must say I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use! I love not having to worry about needing to use it up within a set number of days like canned pumpkin. I also really like that it can be rehydrated with water and frozen into convenient molds for portioning! My boy loves the taste and I have noticed some improvement with his bowel movements each time he gets some in his dinner; he has a sensitive stomach and has always either had too dry or too loose stools depending on the situation. I recommend trying Back 40 Dog's pumpkin powder if your dog is picky or needs some extra fiber in their diet for some regulatory help!

This product was delivered crushed in its package, but I would have sent it back anyway. When I picked up the package, the product , which is a very thin powder come out of the package and got all over my porch. It was like an orange atomic bomb, but was pumpkin powder. I would not want to be feeding my dog this even if you can make it into a "sauce" like product to put on food. Someone else said something about that and I thought "How bad can it be?" Well, pretty bad, thus it would not be something that I would recommend.
