It works to a point
It works to a point but it picks up mobile phone data chatter, it's like high speed morse signals and is extreemly annoying hence only 3 stars. Not very directional which is typical for all these devices. Just had to purchace a replacement as for some reason I could not get much volume no matter how high the dial was set, even with fresh batteries.

is not the best you can put in your ear but for an emergency it is convenient !!

Good quality
Very nice hearing aid...very clear and value for money....bit clumsy to look at and fiddley to fit but once fitted its a good hearing aid...shame its only the one device though...could include 2

I found that the hearing aids line from player to ear was far to longso I returned to sender

Excellent amplification however on the third time of replacing battery the lid of compartment snapped off to date awaiting a replacement
