Feels very sturdy, and well made, especially for the price. All of the joints where it folds/unfolds feel tight and don't wobble. Light enough to lug around easily. And it folds up to be about 2.5 inches wide, which easily fits in small spaces (like the one between the side of my refrigerator and the wall).Pretty tall, too. The top step is 3 feet high, which, for me (a 5'10"-tall guy with average reach for my height) is just barely enough to reach my 10 foot high ceilings. If you're shorter, and you need to reach something 10 feet up, I'd look for a five step ladder, but otherwise this is a good, compact step ladder that's tall enough for most tasks around your house or apartment. Great value.

I just got the ladder today and I love it already!I wanted a taller ladder so I could reach everything I need to. Now I can.It's sturdy but not heavy. Easily folds up to be stored away.

It’s good but need to have a clip so it holds better

I thought this would be a great step stool to assist with me reaching my low hanging roof. Unfortunately it came up a bit short but was also too tall for indoor use due to my roof being only 7ft tall. For those with taller interior roofs this will work well. Seems very sturdy and solidly built and I would have confidence it would last a long time. Unfortunately I will have to return it as it doesn’t fit my use case.

It works as it should but the floor grip isn’t great and it does seem uneven but that can be my floors and not the ladder so that’s why I give it 4 stars and not 3.
