This attachment is super sturdy, I have no worry of it bending or breaking (I’m 170 pounds) The only thing to note is that the leverage when doing dips all the way on the end is very high, which I could see potentially causing damage to the power rack itself, if it’s not a quality one. Other than that, the little spacers that are included help to ensure a tight and sturdy fit on the rack.Overall a great product, it’s comfortable, sturdy, convenient, doesn’t take much space when not in use, and provides great functionality, especially at this price.

I was a little hesitant to buy something a little cheaper and I’m glad I didn’t.It’s well built and will last a long time if not forever!I recommend this

Seems sturdy enough, fabrication is good. Could be a little more heavy duty. I am 192lbs and had a little flex on the bars

There’s a little wobble to it as it’s slightly bigger than 3x3 but the included spacers help a lot. Also, I use it with pin on the bottom not top which seems more secure. Maybe this is incorrect ( it’s opposite of how it’s shown) but it makes sense to me; instead of my body weight pulling pin out from being at the top, I’m actually using my weight to push or drive the pin inward. Definitely recommend this product.

Is exactly what is advertised. Has two 'shims' to keep this from tilting once on your rack.

To big for 3”x3” rack. Metal bends easily. Not worth the money, better products out there.
