The adapter is working great I have used it myself and guests who came from abroad has also used this with no problems, there is a light which lights up when its plugged in.The cable, on the other hand, does not work at all have tried using the usb-C and micro usb but it does not connect to anything.

Poor quality, do not be mistaken by the images, the item is bulky and of poor quality

This thing is awful. It's bulky, awkwardly shaped, the prongs rattle around, and it can't handle powering both outputs at once (in the experience I had with it). But far worse than any of that is the fire hazard it poses.I'd left my power bank to charge for a few hours using the usb slot on the top (with nothing else plugged in). When I came back to it, I could smell smoke and melting plastic, and the power bank's light was flashing rapidly. The adapter had gotten extremely hot, and was starting to melt the usb side of the cable. After unplugging it, it was extremely hot and almost burned to the touch.I decided to give it another shot and tried a different cable incase that was the problem, watching it this time obviously. After only a few seconds the light started flashing again and I could smell burning.This thing is a massive safety hazard and I honestly think it should be removed from Amazon, had I not gone back into the room for the power bank, it very well could have started a fire and burned the house down, it certainly seemed pretty close to it.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT IS A FIRE WAITING TO HAPPEN. GET A DIFFERENT ONE.

I have just spent the last week with my friend for whom I bought this for her many travels. She travels light and always takes her ipad! She also never complains! So on arrival for a few days stay on the 2nd August I was confronted with this device by a non-technical person, after the return date, to show her how it would work with her iPad. After a day of looking, misunderstanding each other, eventually we both agreed that there was no cable adaptor of any sort that would allow an iPad to connect to the device with a USB on the connecting end.Whilst too late to return or complain, this is miss-selling and clearly does not fit the description provided! Furthermore this has caused some friction between us with her trust in my abilities to do anything technical reduced to zero, not being allowed anywhere near anything that has even minor issues that I could fix, but she does not have the knowledge, experience, nor desire to do! So it has been my WORST purchase from Amazon ever since I started buying from them in 1999!!!!!

After buying this well in advance for my trip to Indonesia I was most pleased.... especially with the usb charging port. Unfortunately now that I am away, I triumphantly produced the adapter from its box only to discover that the port that's required (euro adapter) does not fully extend and jams half way which renders the product, for me.... entirely useless. To add insult to injury the return window has closed and I cannot see a way of the returning the defective product. A complete waste of time and money!!!! I feel completely robbed... and now on holiday without an adapter which I will now need to buy..... again!
