I received the nose ring exactly as pictured and it is beautiful. Intricate details and is stunning in person. I even received the product a week earlier than anticipated.However, it is a much thicker gauge than what I was expecting. I ordered two different nose rings from this company in the same gauge size, and the other one fits significantly more comfortably. I ordered a 20 gauge, but next time if I order again from this vendor, I will get a 22 gauge.
