The quality of the material is average; it is thin and stretches in one direction more than the other.It is sufficient for my purposes right now but in future I shall look for better quality. M. Jolly

This is nice plain white fabric. It's pretty thin so I wouldn't use it for a t-shirt, and it has a two-way (one direction) stretch so keep that in mind when cutting out a pattern.

I must confess. Knits and I have never gotten along well. I managed to make a knit skirt once that I still wear 20+ years later. However, tops and I just can never do a happy dance. But I do want to successfully complete a knit top before I die. This knit is a great white. It does seem a bit thin to me. Before I get to the point of trying to sew with this knit I will study up on sewing with knits. There is enough fabric for me to make samples of different techniques, so this knit may end up only being my sample piece.I do appreciate the opportunity to try out this knit. Thank you.
