In my opinion, this drink is better than Gatorade. After exercising or working in the yard, it restores my energy much quicker than Gatorade does. Although it's a bit pricey, it's healthier than most drinks besides water. Sometimes, I need more than just water to satisfy my thirst after vigorous activity.

I buy the variety pack and love all the flavors. Tastes a bit salty, a bit sweet and definitely can detect a mineral taste,but not overwhelming . My second order, I really like it, I feel refreshed after drinking.

Costco has this item also but at the time Amazon had different flavors, like the Mango. Now Costco has this flavor. Fantastic drink mix. Cheaper than Gatorade or those other sport drinks that revitalize and re-hydrate after a sweaty workout or activity. Or just to hydrate and sweeten the water.
