She says it heats up very quickly and cools down quickly after she unplugs it. she loves the temperature gauge so that she doesn’t have to touch it to see if it’s ready to use or not compared to cheap type curling iron that she is used for years. I've always had a round barrel this one is more oval and I love it. It heats fast and is easily adjustable in increments. You just turn the bottom like a knob.. i keep it at 320 and it's never burned my hair which is fine. I've been using it for a few months now a few times a week

I have long hair this was a great purchase . Great curl and it held all day.

This feels good in my hand and works well. The grip is enough to make it work smoothly thru my hair. I would really like it to be a 7/8 or 1 inch barrel.

EVERY day there are 3 or more error messages on the curling iron before I can get it to work. I have tried many, many different things to get it not to present an ERRor message but with no fail, it decides to work whenever it wants. SO frustrating!
