Beware the little piece of plastic scratches the DVD
I have had similar products before but the instructions appeared easy however luckily I tried it on an old DVD because it scratched it more than what I was trying to remove

Worked well for me.
Instructions could be better.I used it on a disc of pictures from 2007.My computer couldn't show pics due to condition of disc.After using the product I was able to retrieve all my pictures but one.I would say that the product worked incredibly well for me.
