HUWAILE 12 PCS 2097 Particulate Filters
These 3M-compatible 2097 filters came in two plain white cardstock boxes taped together. Each box held 3 pairs of filters, and each pair was enclosed in a ziplock bag. The 2097 filters are for particulates as well as 'nuisance levels' of organic vapors. They seem to be functionally equivalent to the name-brand version.Note that these look very similar to particulate-only 2091 filters unless you look closely (the standard font used on the front of each filter has a '1' and a '7' that look rather similar), and the ziplock bags unfortunately are not marked "2097" on the outside, though they are just translucent enough to try to read the number on the filter through it. But if you keep both types of filters on-hand, you might want to add your own easier-to-distinguish number labels to the bags and/or boxes, so that you don't grab the wrong one.

Not NIOSH certified, but decent particulate filters
I question whether or not these are actually NIOSH certified because there is no mention of the certification anywhere on the packaging. I wouldn't rely on the "NIOSH" stamp on the filters itself because these are just cheaper imitations of the 3M 2097 filters which have the proper NIOSH certification. I would be hesitant to use these in a mold or asbestos remediation. With that said, these are cheap but effective particulate filters, which I use primarily for sanding (drywall and automotive primer), grinding metal, and any environment with dusty conditions. They do a great job filtering out everything. I also like how each pair is individually sealed. These filters (along with 3M 2097) only have a nuisance level organic vapor rating which means for use of organic vapor concentrations not exceeding OSHA PEL or exposure limits. These type of filters are not meant to be used to protect against high levels of organic vapors (ie solvents, urethane and epoxy paints). If you're doing any type of painting, you need to use an organic vapor cartridge.

Great budget alternative
I typically go with budget filters rather than the 3m branded ones at least for basic particulate filters. These seal great. No issues at all. They screw on and lock into place as they should. The exhaust flap opens and the air is going through the filters when inhaling. Has a nice tight vacuum. Would recommend, they work perfect.

Great value!
I've used 3M p100's fairly often to keep a nasal irritant down. I've since tried many other brands and have had good success. These are no different. This type of round cartridge is by far my favorite. This brand in particular also performs as well for me. Compared to N95 filtration cartridges, this one definitely performs better. At this pricepoint these are a great value. They fit my 3M half mask well and breathes very easily with no smell. I'm glad how they're individually packaged in well marked resealable bags as I reuse them very often and change them out with a dust filter cartridge often.

Perfect for Painting
These P100 2097 masks are ideal for painting. I appreciate that they come packaged individually and each set is contained within its own ziplocked pouch. Once pulled out they are easy to attach to the mask with a simple twist. It should be noted that when attaching the filter to the mask, the filter is pliable enough that it does bend a bit when connecting it but that doesn't seem to cause any damage or impact function and it pops back to shape easily. When painting using these filters, I ran into no issues with fumes or the "sticky" feeling all over my face that I used to get prior to wearing the mask with these filters. I am very pleased with the added safety I get wearing a mask with these filters while painting. These filters are easy to breath through and seem to be doing a great job keeping the outside contaminants out of my mask!

Awesome price for very useful filters.
Good value with the filters when doing some wood sanding. You really should research what filters are used for what type of projects. I would not use these for painting due to fumes. As far price compared to buying from big box stores this is a crazy good price. You get 6 pairs for what you would pay for 1 pair at stores. Good quality and packed well. I do recommend them.
