Q: I purchased G4 cool white bulbs they fit and light but are too long which mrans i cant replace glass do you sell smaller G4 for doenlights?

We sell 400K LED G4s which fit these fittings.

Q: I am looking to replace what i think is a 'halogen' version similar to the above bulb. how can i tell if the unit i am replacing is led or halogen?

If you look at the bulbs and they are clear and can see through the lamp it's likely a halogen. If you can see modules or chips it's most likely an LED. You will need to check whether you have an LED driver connected or halogen transformer and if you are changing technologies you will need to update the transformer as well. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us directly, you can send some photos as well if you would like to know for sure.

The lamp comes complete with bulbs as well as wiring with new connector. They’re really easy to fit simply unplug the old lamp and plug in the new one although if you’re not confident to an electrician this would be a simple task.
