Great cream, eases the pain

Like others in this review section, I had my doubts that a cream would stop the nightly leg twitters I get. I had been taking the OTC pills that you put under the tongue, and they gave relief but it seemed only for a couple of hours. I bought this cream at a higher price than available because the lower price ones were out of stock, and I didn't want to wait another two weeks to test it. I am SO glad I did not wait. It's a light, fluffy white cream with (to me) a minimal odor reminiscent of Noxema, which I used years ago. Dip a finger in the cream and spread around the area that tingles. Within minutes, the twitching stops and I can fall asleep. It seems to last hours, as I usually get through the night without a reapplication, which could mean that I just didn't put enough on the first time. I am recommending this to everyone. Also I just had foot surgery and my foot started throbbing last night every 20 seconds or so, like it did with the leg twitches. I put cream on my lower calf and ankle (can't touch the bandaged area of my foot), and it stopped the throbbing! Amazing stuff. I am taking this little jar with me to the foot surgeon next week for followup so she can recommend it to her patients!

I put this on before before bed, gives it time to soak in and helps my legs at night from being restless. Nothing else I've used has helped as well at this cream does.

It helps for 2-3 hours.

My dad has prostate cancer. He takes a medication called erleada, it causes him to have unbearable restless leg syndrome (RLS) resulting in very little sleep which affects his livelihood, mood and everything else. He was doing better overall but the rls was holding him back from truly getting better. I searched on amazon for something to relieve his misery. I bought a few things first including 'Restful Legs Nighttime PM Tablets by Hyland's' they did not work for him and then some 'magnesium tablets' and the same result. Then I got him these, he emailed me the next day saying it worked within minutes and hoped it would continue to work. A month later and it still works, my mom said it was a miracle. He is getting strength back and doing things he has not done for many months (of course that has to do with the erleada too). One of the few things that actually deserves a 5 star review.

It seems to work for deep muscles but does not work for deep in bones . Dld

For me the product is 5 STARS!Minus one star for being hoaxed!I do not have restless leg. I use this product routinely for severe chronic MUSCLE CRAMPING which is a bit off-label. It has a bit of benzocaine in a non-greasy formula and for me it works very well. It seems to allow my muscles to quieten down which is temporarily less painful right away and sometimes this alone is enough to reset my muscles or reset my brain or whatever--seems to break the cycle and I can sometimes gets hours or more of relief! I have to have this stuff! The product was delivered fast.
