Venting? Fogging?
It's not poorly made, but the pad is very hard, and small. I am used to a softer wider pad, but really wanted venting for workout apps. This seemed to work, but...it began fogging after only 1 minute on my head. I wasn't moving. Even the stock setup didn't have this issue this fast. Unfortunately, I will have to return and try for the AMVR when available.

Big Upgrade from Stock Interface
The cloth material on the original interface absorbs sweat and makeup. You can’t remove it from the plastic part, so it is practically impossible to clean. You can use a silicone cover, but those slip around and can be a hassle. In addition, a lot of light seeps through the bottom of the original interface. This Quest 3 interface saves the day. The material that touches skin is made of comfortable PU faux leather and is removable and washable. This is a soft, durable material, and it makes sharing the Quest much more hygienic. It contains a thin layer of sponge foam that provides comfortable cushioning without interfering with the FOV.The hard plastic part fits in the Quest 3 perfectly for me, but it is not adjustable like the original one is. It is set close to the lens, which I prefer in order to get the best FOV. There is no room to wear glasses with it.My biggest complaint is that the nose piece is a hard plastic, and it stops before the lip of the Quest (see picture). This creates a shelf that digs into my nose. I am using the Quest 3 Elite Strap; I do not think this nose piece would be a problem with the BoboVR-style strap. I solve the problem by wearing a piece of moleskin, bandaid, or silicone padding on my nose. It’s not a pretty look, but it gets the job done. I almost took off a star because of the nose issue, but the other benefits far outweigh this negative aspect. There are thin flexible flaps attached to the nosepiece that help block the light. One of them got loose one time when I removed the interface, and I thought it was broken. Closer inspection showed that these flaps are attached with a little post, and it just needed to be set back in place.I have a Quest 2 with four VR Cover cushions of varying thickness. I tried the VR Cover cushions out on this interface because the Velcro-style is the same, but the size of the Quest 3 is larger, and while the VR Covers worked, they didn’t quite fit the entire length. The improper fit made the nose problem worse. In summary, I think this interface is worth it, especially if you have a BoboVR strap or other strap that does not require a tight fit to your face. The Quest 3 Elite Strap and other straps that require a tight fit to the face might cause the nose discomfort, but it is fixable. I would not recommend this interface for people who want to wear glasses with it. If you have special Rx lenses that stick out very far, they may not work well with this interface because your lashes will hit the lens. For me, this interface is much more comfortable than the stock interface.

Not Comfortable
This is not comfortable at all and doesn't block all the light. The original that came with the headset is better

Quite good
There’s no other similar interfaces right now, and this worked for me. I worked out with it and the cushion did well with sweat. The cushion is fairly thin, which is exactly what I was looking for as I have the Bobo M3 Pro so it doesn’t press hard against my face and I can be very close to the screen while still shielding light. I would give it 4.5 stars for my needs. It does feel much more flimsy than the original one, but it could be the vents which are good to have.

Almost!
No reviews up for this yet so I guess I'll let people know. The face cushion that is included with this interface is next to nothing but it is removable which was the entire purpose. I bought this with the idea of using my old VR Cover face cushions and for that purpose, this absolutely works! There is just one major problem. The built-in nose guard is too small and presses against my nose. BTW I have a small nose so I can only imagine how bad it could be for someone bigger. Another negative is there is no option for people with glasses to use this. Oh well, it was worth a try. Fix the nose guard or make it removable and this will be a much better product.

Low quality
The faceplate interface slots perfectly into the Quest 3, however the foam pad is hard compared to the original padding. Could be my face structure but it is too narrow compared to the original and squeezes my cheek bones. The silicone nose pad ever so slightly touches your nose and it’s uncomfortable. I got this to hopefully alleviate the fogging but this doesnt feel comfortable enough to wear for more than 5 minutes.

Good idea, Awful execution
The clips do not fully attach to the headset. Even while just watching videos or playing an easy beat saber level the face place REGULARLY comes out of place and lets the headset fall forward. I had to tighten my headset so tight I got a headache after just 30 minutes of playtime. WOULD NOT GIVE AWAY.

It is not comfortable
It is not comfortable for wide faces, and the padding surface is small, and therefore not very comfortable in general.
