Lift n Turn, (Twist Close) Bath Tub/Bathtub Drain Stopper Includes 3/8" and 5/16" Fittings Brushed Nickel

I got this to replace a push button stopper that was really tricky to adjust just right. This kind of stopper operates much more simply: less room for failure.

Fits but seats a little odd.

There us nothing to dislike about this replacement. Has adapter so it always works, very simple to install, no tools, less then a minute.

The brushed nickel was a perfect replacement for the builder grade plug in our garden tub. The pin in the old one got jammed and wouldn't spin or lift. I tore it up with pliers trying to get it loose. Glad I was able to find this one.

My old one broke and this one fit perfectly and works good.

The drain stopper itself looks as advertised and came with the two different sized threaded attachments. However, the three hair catcher screens were not included with the package. I have yet to install the stopper so cannot yet comment on the fit and whether it seals tightly enough to keep water in the tub.

Fits and works as advertised. The hair trapper is definitely a good feature, but it does slow down the drainage a bit.

I don’t know how to install it no instructions

Installed in 2 minutes. Same as original that is 25 years old. Bought as a replacement as the original was snapped off by a painter I had in. Best of all, it came with 2 different sized screws to screw into the drain fixture. I would buy this again.

Stopper works fine. Strainer basket clogged up first use - don’t bother installing strainer if you have anyone with long hair.

I discovered this by accident, and it saved me the (huge) cost of replacing my entire bathtub drain stem. Very pleased! Note: it is much "looser" than the original plug, in that it feels loose and waggly in the "up" position. However, once you set it in the "down" position, it is nice and secure - not a drop gets through.
