I’m 6’0 and got XL - the sleeves are very long - I am a little overweight but not too much - L would likely work- the sizing is generous

Q: Would this keep sweat away and still keep warm running outside in cold winter temperatures?

I wear mine for cycling and running in the winter. It does wick away sweat but like all thermal athletics, if you sweat enough you’ll get cole if you don’t have N outer layer over this piece.

Q: Is the Royal blue the correct Royal blue?

I don’t know that there is a correct Royal blue. Baleaf’s Royal blue is bright and distinctive. If you’re looking to perfectly match the top shown with a coordinating jacket or pants, I would stick with those offered by Bayleaf in same collection. Otherwise, you might choose pieces in black, light gray or khaki.

Q: Is this moisture wicking material?

The outside of the shirt is, the inside of the shirt is a fleece type of a material. I have several wicking running shirts/tops. I haven’t run in this shirt, but indefinitely would. The shirt has a great feel to it, especially for the price.
