I tried one of these in Finland earlier this year (and regretted not buying there as it was actually cheaper! Yes, that's right - cheaper in Finland!), but I bought mine in the UK and am happy I have it now. It took me a while to get used to using it effectively but once I did & learned how to angle it right, I found the trigger points can be relieved quite easily - most especially around the tricky scapula area - which was my main reason for getting it. It's pricey for such a simple piece of equipment and I would hesitate to shell out again but all told, it's better than its cheaper imitators and ultimately it is effective, which is what you want.
