Didn't expect too much for the price. My regular brace cost $1800 through Medicare. (Your tax dollars at work...) This brace works in the same manner as my other but is more easily adjustable. It is stiff enough to protect my lower back. I don't miss the straps on my other one as this adjusts easily and stays in place pretty well. Yes, i would buy this again for sure. Good bang for the buck here.

This belt is nicely made and definitely one I am glad I tried; but for my stature it was a bit too stiff.I am shorter waisted as well. Probably should have looked at size chart. If you need support.. you should consider! Measure first. Order right size!

This brace is a bit on the pricier side, but is well made and has some features that aren't offered with lower end braces. The brace itself is thin enough to not feel like a big bulky chunk when wearing, which makes it more breathable and comfortable that others I've used in the past. The ability to tighten the brace with the adjustment string/pull really makes a huge difference in support/pain relief. The pulls attach to the velcro on the brace once you have achieved the desired amount of tension. I was able to wear this comfortably for several hours, and could still bend over to do tasks like change out laundry, sit down, and get around without having to remove it. Because it is a bit thinner, I feel like it does a better job contouring to the back, whereas thicker ones can't get snug enough on the waist depending on your shape. I am 5 feet tall with a 31 inch waist and this fit me and I was able to get it tighter as needed. My husband tried this on and he is 6"4 with a 38 inch waist and it fit him well also so it is very forgiving and versatile for different body shapes and heights.

I put 2 stars because it very well may help with back pain but it does not help with any sort of sciatica pain or lower back pain

This new back brace I got from TIMTAKBO saved my life when I had lower back pain. First and foremost the material it’s made with is both strong and soft so it’s not rough on the skin. Unlike most other back braces where you just wrap them around your back, this back brace has these adjustable strings to strengthen or loosen the grip on your back. Once you tighten it up it feels really solid and it provided amazing support for when I as working 12+ hour days. I highly recommend this high quality brace!
