We also sincerely hope that you would never have to use our warranty, but if you do we will happily replace your underwear. Warranty covers products of TM Regata Club if and when: Washing is done accordingly to label advice, although if you disregard it we will still try and honour the replacement. If you decide to iron your boxers (we know, we know, who does that now?!), please turn the product inside out before ironing. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of the underwear, we can only exchange it in warranty cases. If your boxers have torn before the end of the warranty period, please send us photo of the warranty coupon - the side which has the purchase date and the model, and picture of the tear. We will then send you a new pair with postage paid by us. We may want to ask you additional questions on how the tear happened, so that our product development team can make this underwear even better in the future, but it is completely up to you whether you want to share those (scary) stories with us. If your underwear has been torn by a pet, a small relative or an angry partner, this does not constitute a warranty case, but we would love to hear your story nonetheless... and sympathise. The warranty is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
