I opened the box and took everything out. Found the blue microwavable pad, but there were no instructions with the pad. Put in the microwave for 3 minutes, and it burst at 2 minutes. All the liquid ran out. No heating pad anymore.Please give instructions for the items.I really looked forward to using it. Very disappointed.

Between myself and my partner we have pretty much tried all the different ways in which you can use this.The pouches are easy to use and very comfortable when wearing them.Really like the fact that you get a hot/cold pack to also use which is great. Not a great fan of ice packs but its very easy to microwave this for use as a heat pack and 30 seconds in the microwave provides about 15 minuets of heat in the pack.There is also a small washing bag that you get to help look after the product whilst washing which is a nice touch.It would of been even better if the product came with a small tub of oil to save having to purchase separately.

Pour 1-2 tablespoons of organic castor oil on the cotton side of the wrap.2. Place the pack over right rib cage or over liver area, then ..3. Tie the straps around your back and front and wear for just an hour.I have also included the makers Product Dimensions Image, for all 6 items in the pack too.I am really impressed with the Heat Pack supplied, very versatile indeed, it can be heated for 30 seconds in the microwave, or even frozen (after a 1 hour freeze). The 30 second heating of the Heat Pack alone is incredible, you would pay huge amounts of money to get instant heat packs which often might only last 30 minutes.The Heat Pack gave me so much relief to my knees and elbow area alone.Included are 11 images, some of them are the makers description images, and a few of myself wearing parts of the product. Thank you for one clever idea too, it is really appreciated.

On the 4th day of use it was already all oily, I had to use something on my bed to not get my bed oily alsoNot worthy. Rubbish

The tummy pad comes with a zip up pouch for a heat/cooler pack and has a set of very long elasticated straps to adjust the fit. The lining of these pads is lovely and soft to the touch and very pleasant against the skin.The instructions for microwave are printed on the heat/cooler pack itself rather than on the instruction leaflet included. To warm the pack just microwave for approx. 30 seconds and the heat should last about 12-15 minutes. To cool the pack it should be placed in the freezer for about an hour. The pack then slips inside the zipper compartment for the waist/tummy area.The pads can be machine washed and the set even includes a mesh wash bag. The set comes nicely boxed and is very good quality, ideal for gifting. Happy to recommend.

Arrived quickly. Minimal packaging. Easy to put on. Comes with a compact resealable bag, really good for fast and easy storage. Reusable wash bag to protect the packs in the wash, is ideal and keep pads from collecting fluff. Great handy hot/cold pack, microwave or put in fridge freezer ,allowing versatility of treatment choice. Very well lined, s no leaks. Handy waterproof material on outside, so if any spill occurs it does not get stained. Super comfortable to wear that I don't notice it, highly recommend.
