I'm so happy that I ordered this product! First of all, it comes in a case, which is nice. I have been cleaning with rubbing alcohol after each use, and store in the provided case. After cleansing my face, I used this derma roller over my face. I have sensitive skin, but I didn't feel any discomfort at all! The slight redness disappeared in 10 minutes after use. I then applied a good vitamin c serum, which is recommended. Using at night is perfect, so the serum can penetrate while you're sleeping. The second day of use, I was thrilled! I've had a millia (keratin bump) on my cheek for years, and after a few rolls back and forth, it had almost completely disappeared! My skin looks "glowy", and feels smoother. I believe it does an excellent job of exfoliating. I would recommend trying this product! The tiny needles don't hurt, so don't feel hesitant. I'm definitely purchasing this for gifts. All the beauty bloggers are talking about this, and I see why! Don't go to a spa and spend hundreds of dollars, when you can use at home, as often as you like. I look forward to adding to this review in a few weeks, to update you on more progress! I'm 57 years old, and working on making the wrinkles disappear.

I love my Derma Queen Roller! I have tried other rollers in the past and they don’t compare to this one. With Derma Queen my skin was not Irritated at all and my skin felt softer. The packaging is also better with this brand than any others that I have tried. The case is great and easy to store. I have ended up recommending this product because people have asked about my skin care routine. I purchased this derma roller for first time use. I have only used it once so I am not sure if this will make any differences in facial feel and appearance yet. The first time I used it, it did leave my face feeling kind of tight and rejuvenated like I has just had a facial treatment so I am looking forward to using it in my facial regimen.

Love this I’ve been using this for only 2 days now and my face has already shown improvement! I use this before putting on my curology ointment and my face was noticeably clearer and my redness went down. My face is also super soft and smooth now. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been using this produce for almost 2 months, have not seen any difference in skin; however i do like the way if feels when it is rolled on skin.
