Loved it- then it died :(
Excellent idea, worked well for a couple of months, then developed the same faults as others have described. Fails to charge the phone, and eventually itself, even when plugged into a cable. It’s a bit bulky but it’s a hefty 4000mah so I expected this, and it was still very usable. Just a shame it went faulty :(

Must have for iPhone X
This is a must have if you use your iPhone X costantly, easy to fit and even better you can charge this alongside your iPhone X with a wireless charging pad

Amazon is normally great and most items I buy stress free but lithium ...
Was excited about this charger as it had Qi technology... Alas it never worked... Phone would just flash and beep when the battery case was put on charge with a window popping up saying not compatible... If I charged the battery pack separately using a lead then installed to the phone it still would not charge the battery... Then had a bit of an issue finding a delivery company that would agree to deliver lithium batteries back to Amazon... Also needed an e mail address and phone number for Amazon which was hard to locate on their web site !! Amazon is normally great and most items I buy stress free but lithium batteries are a tad more difficult to return and Amazon do not pay enough to cover the postage... Just be careful with battery packs... Having said that ... Now trying again for a none Qi battery case for the phone! Fingers crossed!

Doesn’t work through qi charging and has developed a fault when charging the phone in the case stops charging after about 3 mins and makes the phone massive compared to what the pic shows

Not worth £1 in my opinion
Doesn't deserve a single star. The word 'slim' was used in the description, but the odd nothing soon about it. My first thought when pulling it out of the box was, HOUSE BRICK.Why not just by a car battery and wire that up? You're phone would have an endless supply, and if your car went flat, you have a battery on hand. Health benefits of carrying around a car battery are also a plus.Avoid this 'slim' product.....
