I recently bought this for my son. Tje glove is a bit stiff out ofvthe box, which is to be expected. We are working to get it broken in, which is going well. It has a nice deep pocket, and the laces are doubled up around the webbing. The glove is made of quality leather, and the colors really pop. My little guy loves it. I imagine him using it for a long time. This is another quality Rawlings product.

The below review is incorrect. I accidently reviewed a different glove that my wife had purchased. This one is 100% incorrect. Wrong size, and righty. I ordered a 11.25 - 12, right-handed thrower BUT received a 12.34 left-handed thrower. Total waste.Due to local circumstances, my boy has not had to chance to play ball with his team in a season. He has grown quite a bit since last round, and it was definitely time for a new glove. When I saw this one advertised at the price and at the quality, I jumped on it. I am happy that I did. Not only does it fit properly, but it feels perfect in his hands and was easy to work in. The leather is great quality and everything. a Rawlings glove should be. If you are on the market for a new glove, you should 100% give this one a shot available. Great return policy, and you have nothing to lose. I am extremely happy that we did.

I got this for my 10-year-old budding MLB All-Star outfielder, who couldn't be more thrilled. This glove is going to be loved for a long time.I don't have to tell anybody about the Rawlings brand; baseball fans already know the long-trusted name, just as they know its standards. I had a few Rawlings when I was growing up -- so I was confident with this purchase.The size and the tapered fit are perfect for young hands, and the additional padding in the thumbs and palm and fingers helps cushion those stingers. The webbing is easily adjustable to loosen or tighten. The leather is good and thick, just like you would expect from Rawlings.It does feel a bit stiff, but with a few rounds of conditioner and a few innings of ball it will work itself out until it does, literally, fit like a glove. It's part of the process. New gloves take some breaking in.Final verdict: a real winner from Rawlings, with all the quality you've come to expect from them. A wonderful gift for your ballplaying boys (and girls). This glove will last for years. 5/5

With an 80% pre-break in, a few weeks of practice or just playing catch is all you need to get it game-ready.The graphics are clean, classic, and not overly ostentatious.I love that the details on both the front and the back just exude quality.Rawlings is obviously one of the best brands in the game, and this glove continues that legacy of outstanding products.Highly recommend it!
