Can't say I feel much from using this. The pills have an unusually sweet taste and it's a small size so very easy to swallow.

Uncomfortable effects
I think this product has a dodgy but non specific effect. I feel it goes to my head and isn't like my usual zinc from Boots. I bought another vitamin from this company and it too had a bad effect. Not impressed and a little scared to continue using it as I'm not confident about how its been made. This was the only product without nasties which is why I bought it, but perhaps too good to be true.

High quality and fast acting, ideal for people like me who like to see fast results and take high quality products.I noticed I was less lethargic because it has enabled various bruising to heal quickly, after 4 days of taking it I have noticed that the bruising I had has significantly reduced, making it easier to move my leg.I am going to continue to take it because it is the best quality I have encountered in a long time, I have never had results this quickly before other brands I have taken haven't worked as quickly. It is good for immunity too, so I am hoping I don't have as many colds this year, although given my line of work I can't see how it's possible to avoid them.
