Slick Quick Windows Laptop
The was a replacement laptop I purchased on "deal of the day". Computer works fine and quicker than my previous laptop which was only a year old (note to self: do not drink near laptop). I do use an auxiliary monitor in addition to the laptop monitor. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a HDMI to mini-HDMI adapter cable, but not that big of an issue. Can't beat the laptop for the price ($365). Applications and streaming are fine; I cannot comment on gaming speed as I use my computer mainly for email and streaming.

Stopped working after 2 days
Mouse pad stopped working after only 2 days. Returning

Nice Laptop
I had to retire my old desktop so wanted a laptop. The AceMagic AX15 came on line without any issues. Since I’m getting older the first thing I did was to add a keyboard and mouse. It is very fast. Not using anywhere near its capacity so can not comment on gaming or high intensity video editing. I also added a 27” monitor to relieve eye strain.

Mouse gets weird
I’ve had the computer for a little while now it’s good other than the mouse stopped acting right after a few days so I had to buy a wireless mouse which I suggest if you buy this computer, the mouse will work for a while then just keep messing up

Software Bug
I have bought offbrand laptops before and found them to be reliable and typically cheaper than name brand. What you would expect, of course. Unfortunately, my lucky streak ended with this purchase.I could not get the software to initiate the computer. I tried working with Microsoft for close to an hour, and their ultimate recommendation was to send it back. I tried calling ACEMAGIC, but good luck finding a useful phone number.I returned the laptop, got my credit refund and bought an HP. And voila!!! All is well.So, buyer beware on this item.
