My father has alzheimers and has been on various tablets which had terrible side effects and none which had worked very well.Since he has been on these tablets,about 2 to 3 months,he has gone from deep depression,hardly eating,talking or had no motivation for doing anything at all to wanting to go for walks,taking an interest in life in general and wanting to meet people.Energy levels are up and an appetite that he never had prior to taking these tablets.Highly recommend and will be ordering again.

Purchased for low mood and anxiety.....worked the same day!!...took one at lunchtime and by evening no longer felt that low sinking feeling that had been happening for the past few months lately.I’ve come back to add more....as I gave a few of these tablets to a friend who was feeling a bit low. About a week later she found out her boyfriend had been cheating on her....I did not expect to see her back at work for a few days...but she turned up, appearing quite calm, under the circumstances. Both she and myself feel these tablets helped her cope and deal with her situation more calmly and rationally than she would have done without them.I also gave some to another friend, who was feeling and being very bad tempered for no or little reason, plus she is a very poor sleeper....both issues resolved for her also.I can’t recommend them enough!!

These are absolutely amazing. Since taking them, I feel grounded, energised, and able to concentrate and think clearly. I feel brighter at every level. Previously, I tried taking ginseng separately, and while it was very helpful, I do find this combination more helpful than ginseng alone. I also found this particular brand very helpful for preventing altitude sickness while on holiday in the Himalayas.From a (very simplified) Eastern perspective, ginseng typically opens and energises the root chakra, while gingko typically opens and clears the crown chakra, so your main energetic channels through the spine become more open, aligned, balanced and clear. This combination also contains Siberian ginseng, which feels softer and more sustainably energising than Korean ginseng, which I find a bit too 'speedy' for my system.Overall I can recommend these highly and look forward to continuing to benefit from the help of these very powerful plants for a long time to come (thank you, plants!).

This product, is not for everyoneThere can be side effects as I found myself.Used for approximately 12 - 14 days during which experienced two occasions of headaches and stopped using this product because of severe flatulence and bowel movements in excess of seven times a day ( I think my bodies way of trying to expel a poison to the system )So good luck and be aware of side effects that you may have.

I'm still zinging my face off here! And I'm not 100% certain but I think the combi of 600mg ginseng and 600mg gingko has made me a tiny bit brainier. It's quite hard to tell, because my memory's shot to bits as it is. And it hasn't really helped with that, to be honest. Also, without making too much of a song and dance about it, I'm not sure if it doesn't, erm... how can I put this... kind of loosen you up in the bowel department, if you know what I mean? Put it this way, since I started them, I've had a couple of near misses. You know how you generally get a few minutes warning before you're about to poop? Well, like I say, since I've been on these, the warnings have been more like 20 seconds or even less. Uhuh. Now try to imagine how that feels when you're driving down the motorway. Right. Then again... who knows... maybe I have some kind of unrelated condition, but it is a bit strange how the chocolate thunder started more or less about a week after I started taking these.

Good value for the money you get 1 year supply and it help reduce bit my Tinnitus because I have it very bad especially night but I only been on about month but seller said it take about 3 month to work I will buy again when I nearly run out

The product is value for money for sure. You get loads of tablets for a low price. If I need to buy more Ginkgo Biloba and Siberian Ginseng I will most definitely buy this product again. It saves quite a bit of money compared to the prices from certain other shops and it's quality too.I use this product because I suffer with bad blood circulation (Raynaud's disease) and fatigue. The Ginkgo Biloba definitely improves my circulation over time and the Siberian Ginseng gives me a slight energy boost. I don't have any unwanted side effects from this supplement.

Good value price, a years supply! I’ve struggled my entire life with depression, anxiety and excessive sleeping, which nothing seemed to help with. Over the years I’ve asked doctor after doctor how I can stop sleeping up to 18-20 hours a day, but they look at me like I’m just making it up, or something. Taken antidepressants for years with no real improvement. Unwanted extreme emotions, intrusive thoughts, inability to get started at anything I needed to get done. Since taking these I am getting up in the morning, getting showered and dressed, taking the dog out, able to stay awake the entire day most days, and the whirling thoughts have stopped. I feel a million times better than I did. Finally I’m doing more than just sleeping my life away and waking for a few hours to go to work. I feel much more positive about the future since discovering this supplement, and also rhodiola rosea which I started around the same time. Of course different people will be affected differently by them, my Mum tried this ginkgo/ginseng supplement and didn’t like them at all, she found they stopped her from being able to sleep when she wanted to, and seemed to affect her mood in a negative way, but she was still taking antidepressants at the same time, where as I’m no longer on them. So everyone should take with caution, and never stop prescribed medication suddenly.
