Defective device
The machine is defective. 1 of the ports is cracked on the bottom. It seems to operate fairly well. Pieces of plastic are found on the tray

No Trouble Shooting
I bought this product several months ago. I recently tried to use it; the light would come on then go off in a few seconds. No information in the booklets & nothing online about trouble shooting. Also, nothing online (except a phone number in France) to access customer service for help. The phone number was not even for customer service.

Lasted 13 monhts
Worked perfectly for 13 months and then died. It was enough help that I will probably get another one.
