Good selection of items to help with hand exercises.The hand grips have multiple settings for different strengths or compression of the springs with click counters in the handle which count up to 100 and a reset button in the bottom of each.Suffering from arthritis myself I find the finger stretcher very useful plus a rubber ball and rubber ring also helps.All in all a very good set highly recommended.

Pretty decent especially for price, great stress ball.
Pretty decent, if you have beginner to intermediate grip strength then honestly this is a good purchase, though the only challenge I really got was from the 2 grip trainers on near max setting everything else is a bit too easy, though the ball is bouncy and good for stress.

Tension is not the best out there. but its not advertised as such to be. efficient enough with regards to just starting out. You can adjust tension aswell, to make it easier or harder. and does the job well, with different hand posistioning variations.
