Not the greatest
These are really good for holding piercing balls but if you want to use them to be able to screw/unscrew a piece of body jewellery bear in mind that the ball does still spin while you have it in the grabber, it's a lot easier to just use a rubber glove to be able to grip it properly.

For those tiny gems that are difficult to manage by hand
I've been having trouble changing piercings as the beads are too small and the screw really tiny. By positioning with these tools makes it so much easier to hold.
