Many years ago I was traveling in India and became ill. This product was recommended to me. I have been using it ever since. I gave it to my son since he travels constantly. I gave it to my granddaughter when she was living in Spain. I give it my friends. This works! Use it once and you will never be without it.

This product works better than I expected. The psyllium is very filling so I stay full for a long time and I really appreciate the neutral flavor. When I mix it into my food or smoothie, it definitely thickens the liquid so just be aware of that - for example, if you add this into your coffee, your coffee will get pretty thick if you don’t drink it fast (basically saying I don’t recommend you add this to coffee).
