Unfortunately they don’t include the screws. Went to 3 hardware stores without luck. Told the company and they sent me 20 - when I needed around 200! Ordered the correct size and color from Rockler.The rails are beautiful and sturdy though.

These balusters are quite nice and they look great when I installed them. That being said , the box they came in was delivered in pieces, twice. Most were damaged. But this company’s customer service saved the day and had replacements sent very quickly. But again the box came destroyed and some were damaged. Without blinking an eye, the customer service department sent another set out. The box arrived slightly battered but the contents were intact. I have nothing but high praise for this company’s customer service department. Wish more were like them.

I searched the hardware stores and internet for black balusters to replace the wooden ones on my deck. I also had a hard time finding the proper length. So happy when I found these, perfect length, arrived sooner than expected packaged excellent, very easy to install. I would recommend purchasing the screws with as they are hard to find. I ended up ordering after searching many hardware stores. I wish they sold them individually as I only needed 2 more to do the steps. Great purchase, much cheaper than the hardware stores. I love the look!

I was little worried about the height (some reviewers complaining that it does not cover the whole height of 2x4s,) but after installing them, I like the way they look, I think they look better than if the baluster started at the bottom of 2x4 and ended just under the hand rail. My railing is 36" high, 3" spacing under.Good quality product.

We put these on the deck at our last home. Can't wait to put them up at our new home. They're easy to install and just as sturdy as wood. Plus, we dont have to restain spindles every year or 2.

East to install very sturdiness and it’s worth the money

We redid our porch and installed these balusters in place of old white wooden ones. So many of our neighbors have commented how much better the house looks. These are much easier to install than the ones that require drilling and caps to be installed.
