We love this helmet! The color we got is dark navy blue, with black veins in the texture. The blue is mat and the black is shiny. I like this feature/design as it hides scratches and scuffs my son dishes out using it and throwing on the ground when he gets off his bike. Maybe one day he will hang his helmet off the handle bars. Hahah. The price is so amazing compared to other local stores. And so far he is the only child that has this helmet. Meaning I can easily pick him out of a crowd from across the playground. It fits great and he has toom to grow. Thanks to the adjustable features. He is a super big kid with a large head and this was the exact helmet we needed. We were pleased to find one side of the chin buckle is red. It helps my little guy find the buckle quickly as he’s still getting the hang of working the straps to take on/off. The color contrast (red/black) helps our little guy guide it to buckle closed and spot the opening easily to take it off.

The interior of the helmet, specifically the ability to adjust the sizing of the helmet on the inside is made of very low quality plastic, and poorly and weakly attached to the helmet itself. My 7 yr old got this for Christmas in December 2019, didn't use it until march 2020, and within a few weeks, the plastic guide pieces that keep the adjuster strap in place had come unfastened to the side of the helmet and fallen off making the helmet unusable and completely unsafe. Was not an overly expensive helmet, however, I expected more than a few weeks of light and limited use out of it, before it broke down and became unusable. I would strongly advise paying the extra $10 for a higher quality helmet.

I ordered two of these for my children. The helmets look super cool and my children were excited to use them. I was very pleased with the ability to adjust them to fit my children. However, the plastic on the inside of the helmet that attaches to the adjustable rotary internal regulator broke on one of the helmets. Now the helmet slides up and down on my kids head which is obviously not ideal. Very disappointed that it broke within a couple weeks of use.

Despite the no-name brand, got this because my son liked the way it looked. Within a few weeks after getting it, the cheap, thin plastic bracket that holds the back adjustable portion of the head strap to the body of the helmet just broke. He had only used it two or three times. Kept forgetting to return it until it was too late and now we’re stuck with it. Don’t buy!

Within days of wearing the helmet the pieces inside are completely falling out. It’s almost like they didn’t apply enough glue. The back cushions are all gone. Not a well made helmet and a complete waste of money. You win some and a lose some.

It is very light on the head and when transported in a backpack or on a belt. I chose this product because of its exceptional design. You want to look cool on the street, but still have security in case of falls or collisions. I can only recommend this helmet to anyone who loves their life and still likes to ride inline skates, especially in traffic.

Fashion AND function! My son love the snakeskin look and I love the security of the fit. I love how easily I can adjust the fit while still feeling confident in it’s protection.

Returning this right away. The few pads inside were falling off and it didn’t even come with all of them. It’s sticky and looks like it was someone else’s return. Super disappointed.
