Super easy to put together. Can't beat the price. High quality. The head to foot heated massager is amazing. So comfortable. Great as a regular recliner. When needed the lift feature works very well. Have recommended to several people. Those who have tried it wanted one.

needed a little help to assemble. but chair works great. Isleep in the chair, because of bad hip and dislocated shoulder. one of the best purchases ever!

The chair came in two boxes and a very simple directions . If you are not used to building things these directions may not be for you since they were not to the extent. It took my less than 20 minutes to put the arms back and the bottom of the chair together however one of my cables were squished for the remote and they didn’t attach to each other so I had to use a pliers to connect them together . I also needed pliers to connect one arm to the bottom since the sliding mechanism was bent inwards but in the end it was not a big deal. Of course I would have loved a perfect conditioned item for 300+ dollars but I guess this is what happens when you order things online and unfortunately sometimes they get messed up during delivery etc.the material of the recliner is great and it is perfect size for my mom I think. The only thing I wish that it had the option to adjust only the legs without the back .Ohh also the remote for the massage is truly unreadable … you need a magnifying glass to read whatever is written on it so you basically just guess and check for the massage !

I waited to make a review because I wanted to see how well it held up after the other reviews. I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s been used daily. Pros every thing works still. I’ve slept in it as well and it still works great. The heat is not hot it’s just good enough. The massage is actually decent and you can change from high to low. You can change the setting timer from 15,30 and 60 minutes. You can choose to only massage certain parts. I think it’s well worth the money. Cons I wish it reclined flatter so you could lay more flat. I have to use a pillow in my lumbar area because it starts hurting quickly. But overall it’s great. Putting it together was simple. I will come back and update if it falls apart after I review this. I’m hoping the material lasts.

The quality of this product is cheap.The seller doesn't deserve the 1 star. I have been attempting to get my return shippment which was more than the chair $482 from this seller for over 1 mont now with no luck. Amazon has attempted to contact this seller with no luck as well. I am exptremly disappointed. My hope was to use this chair for my sister who recently had knee surgery. Please refund my shippment!

I was hesitant to order this chair. It couldn't be any good, right? It's perfect. Now you aren't gonna want to sit it next to a piece of fine leather furniture, but if you have that you probably aren't looking at this chair. It is attractive faux leather. Super comfortable. Excellent range of motion when reclining and lifting. It is the perfect size for me. I'm 5'5"and 142 pounds. I've been sleeping/living in it since having several plastics procedures with no complaints. It's big enough for me to move around comfortably, but not so large that I roll over on my side (I need to sleep in an upright position).The recliner didn't arrive on time, but I ordered it early. Keep timing in mind. It comes in two boxes, with one coming one day and the other a couple days later. Not the fault of the chair, though, so lateness isn't accounted for in this review. Just order in enough time so if you'd is late you aren't left hanging.
