Do not buy
This product does not work. My daughter was very disappointed. It was her big Christmas present. Terrible quality. Can't even get it to turn on. My husband, who works in IT has tried everything. Feels like a scam! 😥

Don't buy this It's a waste of time. The phone service I use could not find the plan to get it to work, changed it 4 times. And tech assist on the website gives a number for Japan. . I say wait if you can I hear TMobile may have one on the market in a few months.
