It was very uncomfortable to use, it hurt my teeth and gums. I would not recommend it to anyone.

the easiest ones are even kinda too hard. the bulky design isnt my favorite. biting down on these almost activates my gag reflex. not my favorite

Loosen it Up
Pretty cool tool to use for jaw exercises, and very simple to use. Immediately after first use I could feel some therapeutic effects, my back jaw area felt looser. I've been using for a couple of days now and I definitely feel the benefit and expect great long-term effects. Ergonomically they fit perfectly between the molars and due to the grooves, they stay in place. There are 3 different weights and two biters for each weight size. They are made extremely well and move around the mouth with ease.

Jaw Trainer
I've been using these(Red 40lbs.) jaw and neck trainers for a bout a week now. I can't say that I've see a difference yet but I feel different. So maybe I'll see results in a few more weeks, but I'm hopeful.
