Balloons disappointed
The happy birthday banner and cake topper were great!! We did not use the cupcake toppers. But the balloons were definitely not premium quality. It smelt very strong of chemicals. The balloons filled with helium went down after 15 hours…other balloons filled with the same helium stayed up for days. The balloons filled with air also deflated after 24hrs.
