Very uncomfortable, hard plastic and they don’t stay in your ears. They need to do an upgrade and make it out of silicone. It’s hard to hear the heartbeat as well.

Penlight is great and works well. Storage case is sturdy and has a nice, clip-on wrist strap/handle. The various sizes of ear pieces are very nice for smaller ear canals, but the stethoscope itself is NOT worth the money! It’s near impossible to hear a heartbeat; our daughter’s Fisher Price toy stethoscope picks up heartbeat sounds 5 times better than this stethoscope. Additionally, the metal pieces of the stethoscope are twisted in an awkward fashion as if they are not attached; they have to be worn in a certain direction or the widest part of the stethscope will stick forward toward your ears. Ear pieces will point straight back and won't line up with ear canals. The other direction, they pull to the back, but at least they don’t hurt your ears that way. WOULD NOT BUY THIS AGAIN! I feel like I paid most of the money for the penlight and the case (which realistically don’t cost nearly as much) than I did for the stethoscope itself. Now I have to order a new stethoscope to put in the case. Very disappointed in the quality of this stethoscope. Recommend other spend a little more on JUST a stethoscope and buy a case & penlight separately.

I ordered this package for nursing school. I really love how it comes with a nice black case to keep the items in. Also batteries are included with the pin light. Which was great. I even tried out the stethoscope, and the quality is GREAT!!! I can hear clear sounds, VERY NICE!!!!! NO COMPLAINTS!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! GREAT PRICE!!!!! GREAT DEAL!!!! You really cant beat this price for less than 20$ you get a good quality stethoscope with a protective case and a pin light! Cant beat it! I would definitely recommend this product!!!

The first set we received had an issue with one of the ear pieces, so I contacted the company. Within a couple of days, I received a response, and they said they would send a new set. We received the new set today, and it’s perfect. My fiancé and I both have heart issues and needed a stethoscope that worked and was budget-friendly. The new stethoscope works well, and the light & carrying case are a plus. Excellent customer service and a good product.

Great little stethoscope for the price. I keep it in the barn for animal care. I'd give it 5 stars except that it is not a really professional scope but for the price, I wasn't expecting one! I was able to hear baby goat heart beats in utero so it's fine by me

The stethoscope is great. Love the case and the penlight. We are looking to purchase a large quantity for incoming students, but can't get CoolTek to respond to my emails with my questions. Need to order these soon, or will go elsewhere for the purchase.

I can hardly believe how amazing this stethoscope is for its price!! As an entry level professional, I didn't yet want to spend a large sum of money but wanted something better than the crappy scope I got for my EMT course that I couldn't even hear a BP with. It is very sturdy and very clear to hear through. It's way better than I even hoped for!
