So 1st of this is a very high quality incense! I can tell they are using natural materials in both smell and visual quality of the sticks. These are stemless bout not as fragile as some other stemless sticks I've used, Still do be careful in handling them. I actually break them in half and burn one half in my bedroom and half in the living room. These are very low smoke to the point that you will have to look hard to seen any and this is great as it does not create the bogging down effect other incense give off. Remember these are stemless!! they will burn quickly.. all stemless incense do. The smell however is lasting.NOW TO WHAT YOUR HERE TO ACTUALLY FIND OUT LOL...THE SMELL!1) These are pretty strong during the burn cycle but not overbearing at all. I see some mention that it's not "strong" and these people are usually use to incense dipped in chemical fragrance. These are natural and not meant to run people out of your house or give your headache. They are to create a mood and relax you, especially for Agarwood. These will fill the entirety of any open space you out them.2) To give you a idea of what these smell like... soon as I opened the box I was hit with a profile that is VERY similar to Oud for Greatness by Initio, Oudmazing by Montale and Parfums de marly Haltane. if you like fragrances in that vein in a less over powering form, this is it! Very premium and the smell of the sticks does not change after the burn cycle starts.3) After the stick has burned the smell will linger for while. after 15 hours I can still smell hints of it (your nose my vary can some people will go nose blind to certain fragrances but I promise.. its still there!) However the point of these is to set a mood, not be a fancy air freshener! This is something you burn when you get home and relax or when you're having a guest(s) over. Or maybe light one in the morning and have something to enjoy when you get back from work.Tip: I would seal these in a ziplock bag. I don't think they have any real agarwood chips in these but there is definitely real agarwood oil in play here. And sealing the box will prevent them from drying out.

The scent is not heavy, just a smooth and even aroma. The sticks are shorter than the average incense stick but more pleasant. Definitely worth what I paid for it.

A single stick of this incense burned for over 25 minutes. This was burned outdoors and the scent was powerful but not overwhelming. It was a pleasant scent, not cloying that enhanced a relaxing contemplative atmosphere. This shipment arrived completely intact though the sticks are not tightly packed in the box. Lovely presentation.

Loved my old incense, but it seems to have been discontinued. Took a chance on this. Now I don’t feel I’m inhaling smoke. The scent is not flowery and does not overwhelm the room. Perfect for meditation. Lasts about 25 minutes to half and hour.

The media could not be loaded. Wonderful fragrance and low smoke. But the box got damaged and incense were broken into pieces.I don't know why can't they just protect it better.

I lead a meditation group that burns incense at every meeting. More and more attendees are complaining about being incense and perfume averse: "I'm allergic to incense," even though I use only top quality incense from Shoyeido and Asayu Japan. This Asayu low smoke incense has almost no smoke and only a faint scent that doesn't seem to upset people like conventional incense does. It's solved the incense problem for me.I can use this in ceremony requiring incense and don't get pushback from participants anymore. Each piece lasts ~20 min which is a faster burn rate than I'm used to but a small price to pay for being able to continue to burn incense. I'm very happy I found this.

Only negative is the lifespan of the incense. It burns very fast!

Good quality and nice scent.

I really recomend.(Agarwood was my choice)....right now sitting next to light up stick.Little bit expensive but my nose and brain say:"yes Good choice!!!"Love it.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht über den Duft dieser Räucherstäbchen!!!! Wahrscheinlich glauben die Hersteller, dass die Kunden eh nicht den wahr Duft von Adlerholz kennen und produzieren dann etwas, was so in die Richtung davon geht…Ich habe mich so auf die Räucherstäbchen gefreut…. Grundsätzlich richten diese Räucherstäbchen sehr angenehm! Aber mit Adlerholz kein vergleich! Und dafür überteuert!

Developed a preference for Japanese & Korean incense when living in East Asia. Very happy with this incense. It has a delicate scent, not too overpowering. Fair price too. I plan to explore some of the others offered by the manufacturer.

Smell is subtle but being smoke free is just perfect!
